Shree Sai NIketan trust (SSNT) is established in the year 2012, works towards welfare of children , women and economically weaker section of the society . It has conducted programmes for women empowerment (Jevika-a unique haat), Talent Hunt program (little miss little master ) , harmony - bel for children with special needs , Kwiz bel, an inter school quiz program, art, song and dance competition ,Health camps( skin camp , aids awareness programs , summer camp for challenged children )observation day( mute day , odia divas , autisum day etc. ). SSNT has ventured out for a school for special children named as ' WOOD APPLE SCHOOL'.

VISION-:
Shree Sai Niketan trust belives in creating a healthy sustainable and resourseful environment for the all round development of children in need of care and senior citizens , children with special needs , youth , women and people below poverty line through education , training , guidanice , love and care .
It visulizes a society in which everyone has the opportunity for education , emplyoment, dignity , inclusion and independence .

MISSION -:
Spreading the value of education in the underprivileged groups and for the special children and making the women economically independent .

OBJECTIVES -:
Holistic development of children with special needs / underprivileged /children in need of care and protection through various activities like music, art and craft, dance and meditation and undertaking women friendly income generation program for gender equality

.Shree sai niketan trust (Regd No. 41081207616)Under public Trust Act established in 2012, has started a school named as Wood Apple which has been working since 2016 in Bhubaneswar ,dedicated to special children..It caters the children who are visually impaired ,hearing impaired, cerebral palsy , down syndrome , autistic , intellectual disability , ADHD and children having multiple disabilities.

The school not only provides one to one education based on specially designed materials keeping in mind individual differences but also provides extra curricular activites ( art, craft , dance , table tennis , outdoor sports) and therapies ( physio , speech , occupational , hydro , sensory and daily living activity skills ).

RITA BALIARSINGH IS A SOCIAL WORKER.SHE HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE LONG FOR CHILDREN AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT.SHE IS AN EDUCATOR FOR UPSC STUDENTS AT UNACADEMY.SHE IS A TRUSTEE AND TREASURER OF SSNT .

SHANTA BALIARSINGH IS A PSYCHOLOGIST WHOSE MAIN AREA OF WORK IS AUTISM.SHE HAD BEEN WORKING IN COLLEGES AS AN EDUCATOR OF PSYCHOLOGY.SHE IS AN ASSOCIATE AT AMERICAN PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION. SHE IS A TRUSTEE AND SECY.OF SSNT .
